We are looking for a Cisco Network Engineer that demonstrates strong customer service and troubleshooting skills to resolve network-
related technical issues for our clients. This role will be responsible for maintaining network hardware and software, analyzing problems, and monitoring networks to ensure service availability to system users.

The ideal candidate should have EXCELENT British or American English accent and will be responsible for the following work.
Provide remote support to our clients in handling voice and network related service ticket requests that come in to the ticketing system, while meeting client SLA obligations.
Interface daily with members of the MSP team.
Support of all computer network services, including local-area networks (LAN), wide- area networks (WAN), network segments, VPN tunnels, and Internet and Intranet systems.
Provide Tier 1 / 2 support for resolution of significant system outages, acting as contact person with external users, connectivity vendors, and external partners when needed.
Creating and maintaining client-related documentation.
Actively participating as a member of the technology team, including participating in team meetings and providing technical support for our managed service clients.
We are hiring for the second shift (Athens Local Time)
Shift 2 - 15 : 00 24 : 00 with a 1-hour break
Our holiday schedule is not what you are used to. Some of our holidays in the US do not line up with the ones in Greece and vice versa.
You will be following the US holiday schedule.
Currently our desk has support 7AM EST to 8PM EST and we will be moving to 24x5. This means you may require to be rotated into a third shift -
0 : 00 09 : 00 with a 1-hour break (Athens local time) in the near future.
Team work it is imperative that you have a good understanding of teamwork and team spirit. We all work together.

5+ years of experience in Network Installation, Configuration operations, and Support
Cisco Certifications : CCNP Routing & Switching is mandatory
In depth knowledge of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS, STATIC, VRFs, VPNs, VLANs, Trunking, QoS, STP, ACLs, Firewalls, IDS / IPS, IP SLA, DNS, DHCP, TACACS, RADIUS, L2 / L3 switching on Cisco IO and NX-OS
Strong working familiarity and hands on experience with Cisco IOS and NX-OS on Cisco hardware platforms : Cisco G2 series routers, Cisco ASA 55xx, Catalyst and Nexus switch product lines
Create and support routing and security policies, protocol redistribution using route-maps, prefix-lists, ACLs
Wireless experience a plus : Cisco, Meraki
Experience with some Network Management Tools : ie. SolarWinds, MRTG / PRTG, NetQoS, Network Sniffers, etc
Juniper (JUNOS) and Fortinet experience is highly preferred
Strong Network Security skills (CCSP Certification is a plus)
Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English)
Must be able to be both a team player and can provide exemplary results while working on projects independently
Desirable skills :
Detail oriented and strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work on multiple, concurrent tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
Take initiative, and response to time-sensitive situations are essential, along with discretion and good sense in dealing with clients
ITIL V3 Foundation (Preferred but not required)
