In this context, we are seeking to recruit Associates and Senior Associates to join our Project Management team, supporting Health services and initiatives in Athens.
As an Associate or Sr. Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

The role entails :
Program management support and coordination for the implementation of health projects, including support for the : preparation of program plan, project plan, status reporting, meeting minutes, management of issues and risks
Participation in the preparation of business requirements and scoping for health-related projects
Management of relationships and coordination of stakeholders during health project implementation
Coordination and support of procurement processes
The successful candidate should have :
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Healthcare Management, Health Economics, Public Health Policies, Health Informatics, or relevant health discipline
MBA or MSc degree in Healthcare Management or in Project Management will be considered a strong plus
Excellent skills on planning, strong oral and written communication skills in Greek and English
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
Prior experience preferably in project management or in health : a) 0-3 years for Associate level, or b) at least 3 years for Sr. Associate level

Conflict resolution skills
PM certification will be considered a strong plus
Passion to work in a multidiscipline teams and projects
