Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
Act as a digital expert within Omnichannel Activation team with a focus on driving traffic to online stores for selected winning digital accounts in South East Europe.
Responsible for planning and executing strategic digital projects and campaigns in order to accelerate growth of qualitative market share in digital channels in collaboration with Senior DPC Manager SEE and WHS Activation team.
Advise on digital initiatives that can drive in-store traffic in key physical stores (either adidas stores or wholesale).
Establish seamless evaluation of our digital investments by providing enhanced monitoring of the campaign s activation and social media results.
Actively cooperate with key stakeholders in South East Europe to steer and develop digital projects and consumer activations.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan and execute Wholesale (WHS) digital brand campaigns of wholesale partners across South East Europe for both adidas and Reebok.
Collaborate with WHS Activation teams of both brands to create seasonal account marketing plans, involving all kind of digital channels (whs.
com, Social, newsletters, events etc) connecting offline and online initiatives; close alignment with DPC department in order to develop a holistic seasonal digital activation calendar (performance campaigns, brand campaigns, social calendars) for each strategic WHS partner, aiming to increase online sell-through.
Ensure effective communication / policing of Wholesale Marketing Digital Campaigns, following DPC department’s strategy and guidelines.
Deliver data driven strategies to achieve top performance.
Understand and leverage the dynamic digital marketing environment to maximize the business by providing competitive tracking, analysis and reporting.
Utilize e-WHS customers’ consumer data to tailor targeted marketing initiatives.
Measure / analyze performance of major digital initiatives across categories on key campaigns & key retailers.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Marketing or eCommerce; MBA a plus.
3+ years of eCommerce experience at a consumer brand or online retailer.
Mobility is a prerequisite
