The Key Account Manager bridges the technical and business worlds, working closely with Pre-sales engineers to design solutions, promote services, develop strategies, consult with our customers and grow the business.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be part of shaping Intersys’ promising future.

What we expect you to do :

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the single point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Familiarize yourself with all technology solutions offerings
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Who you need to be to fit the role :

  • Min of 2-4 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record in B2B sales
  • Undergraduate degree (AEI or TEI) preferably in IT studies
  • Skillfulness with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Professional Printing experience
  • High level of familiarity with trends in technology
