We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join the Central Marketing Organization (CMO).
The Central Marketing Organization (CMO) drives digital marketing transformation and execution in the Area. CMO delivers deep marketing capabilities and expertise to drive the Area’s growth agenda and create Microsoft fans.
CMO’s data-driven marketing insights innovate go-to-market (GTM) campaigns with clear customer targeting, leveraging global customer nurture programs, digital events, social marketing-all through world-class marketing operations at scale.
CMO is a strategic partner with Sales teams across all customer and partner segments and prioritized industries, as well as product-focused marketing teams and communications.

The Operations Manager drives marketing operations from end to end. You work with CMO Leader, Integrated Marketing Leader, Insights and Analytics Leader and other marketers to effectively drive and execute marketing planning, budget management, marketing operations, and compliance for optimal customer experience while having strong alignment to corporate strategy and priorities.
The Operation Manager drives marketing planning, budget management and business discussions in the Area. This role engages with CMO Lead, Integrated Marketing Leader, Business Groups, Business Program Manager, Finance and other stakeholders to make strategic decision on marketing strategy and budget plans in alignment with Microsoft’s priorities.
In addition you also lead Marketing Rhythm of Connection (quarterly marketing discussions with Corporate, subsidiaries, EMEA Global Demand Center (GDC) and area segment teams) preparation with your stakeholders while articulating opportunities and marketing impact.
This role also oversees entire Marketing Operations in partnership with Marketing Service Central (MSC). You are the point of contact for MSC that provides marketing operations for Microsoft, and leads operation and execution standardization in your Area delivering optimal experience for customers.
As a part of marketing operations, the Operation Manager drives data hygiene and quality improvement in the Area. You actively partner with Corporate stakeholders such as WW M&O, GDC, MSC and others to optimize marketing budget, activity tracking, and lead progress & quality.
In addition driving impact through driving Marketing Excellence, via orchestrating marketing community calls and be at point for Marketing Readiness and capability build up.
While driving marketing operation, you also lead compliance from marketing execution perspective. To deliver optimal customer experiences, you work across multiple leaders and stakeholders to address Microsoft’s global policies including Privacy, Security, Accessibility, Microsoft Branding and Data Hygiene.
As a steward of compliance, you regularly engage with Area and Corporate Headquarter stakeholders to drive compliance opportunities together
Proven track record of marketing operation / execution excellence, cross-group collaboration and contributing to team success.
Experience in working at a large global multi-national a plus.
Thrives in a fast-paced connected sales and marketing environment.
Strong understanding of sales priorities and motivations and ability to help advocate for marketing in conversations with sales organizations.
Strong maturity, presence, and track record of marketing impact and influence.
