About the role

We are looking for a Client Service Associate to cover the night shift.

The best candidate should be passionate, highly motivated, ambitious about a career in customer service in a commercial setting.

This person will join the Client Service Team, in-house or remotely, in order to enhance the quality of support offered.

The ideal candidate will be expected to work various shifts, including nights (i.e. 9pm-5am, 1am-9am, 2am-10am).

As a Client Service Associate you will be a liaison between our clients in Asia-Pacific region and experts with deep industry knowledge.

You will be responsible to evaluate clients’ needs, conduct desktop research on companies and markets as well as facilitate the communication between Industry Specialists and our Clients.

You will also learn how to manage a client base of established strategy consultancies and / or corporates.

This is a fast paced, client facing, and communication heavy role with a focus on effectiveness, organization and lead generation.

You will be generating value and facilitating Dialectica’s swift client response mindset as we expand our reach and create opportunity in multiple geographies.


  • Understand client business knowledge gaps and needs and report back with a high-quality expert profile briefing
  • Perform critical research into markets and companies around the globe using networking, social media and internal tools
  • Assist clients with their requests via phone and email
  • Prepare a list of possible leads for our client
  • Investigate and resolve any issue faced by our customers and inquiries about their projects
  • Handle the communications agenda between industry specialists and our clients
  • Maintain high quality work and delivery standards aligned to organizational requirement
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate will possess :

  • 0-3 years' work experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commercial acumen and ability to understand diverse value chains
  • Ability to work interdependently
  • Accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when responding to incoming customer inquiries
  • Willingness to confront and resolve a wide range of client problems and / or requests
  • Proficient use of MS Office and Google suite
  • Drive to deliver high quality results on a daily basis
