Our main goal is to provide a great employee experience, thus we’re looking for a brilliant People Partner to join our HR team to contribute to the planning of the overall HR strategy and assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
You will play a vital role in designing & implementing HR Strategies, Policies & Procedures, breaking them into HR Initiatives & integrating them into HR Practices.
Employees in your respective business unit will also be able to reach you out for a variety of topics, from development plans and productivity to relationships with peers & management.
You’re expected to treat each matter with confidentiality & the utmost care.
What you'll do :
Advise & coach senior management on a variety of people-related topics and provide daily HR guidance on how to foster a thriving & secure environment for our employees
Deliver the HR agenda in your respective business unit, related to organizational development, leadership, performance management, compensation & benefits, retention, employee and talent management, and recruitment
Work closely with the HR department to analyze trends and capture metrics that will lead to data-driven decisions
Work together with our Talent Development team for performance management and employee evaluation projects and training programs
Support the entire employee journey from onboarding to development to exit
Resolve complex cases with regards to employee relations and address grievances
Work closely with line management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Monitor, guide, and report on workforce, onboarding, employee engagement, succession planning, learning & development.
Design new HR strategies, suggest improvements for already existing ones & break them into specific HR initiatives
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies & procedures and provide relevant counseling.
Identify training needs for teams and individuals
What you’ll need :
At least 7 years of overall HR experience, with 3+ years as a People / HR Business Partner
Experience in the tech industry is a must
Profound knowledge of various HR functions such as payroll & benefits, reporting & data analysis, hr metrics, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, reward & recognition, career development & personal growth, talent management, and retention
Degree in Human Resources Management
Outstanding organizational & time-management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Data-driven & goal-oriented approach
Thorough knowledge of Greek labor legislation to ensure all actions are in compliance with local employment laws
Experience in Workday will be considered a plus
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Open, empathic, and team-oriented personality with exceptional professional interpersonal communication skills
