Our HR function enables the organisation to maximise the contribution of people to the delivery of our strategic goals. In our Talent & Skills Acquisition team, we are seeking for a Resourcing Consultant, who will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of recruitment projects, serving the Commercial Operations business unit.
Key accountabilities and ownership :
Drives sourcing and selection strategies to successfully meet required skills and behaviours at any time
Responsible for the selection process of Contact Center’s leadership roles and other critical staff roles of the division
Allocates monthly business needs for Contact Center agents to top external recruiting agencies and ensures on time delivery and SLA
Delivers end-to-end recruitment projects, combining research skills with strong judgement ability, ensuring both speed and quality of hires
Interviews internal and external candidates, using competency based methodology, role plays and a variety of tools and platforms
Develops and maintains strong relationships with Commercial Operations management team, HR Business Partners, Recruiting agencies and candidates
Keeps track of recruiting KPIs and reports to drive HR and business decisions in the Commercial Operations unit
As a member of the agile Resourcing chapter, participates in monthly planning and retrospective ceremonies, collaborates with recruiters on special projects that ensure best-in-class recruitment quality standards, process and methodology self-improvements
Participates in Discover Youth Development programme’s Assessment Centers
Represents Vodafone in career fairs, participates in Employer Branding initiatives and makes an impact in external and internal communities
Maintains a positive candidate experience from initial screening (phone, online) to hiring
Skills & competencies :
Strong organisational skills in effectively managing multiple projects in fast changing environments
Strong relationship management, advanced communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Resilience, genuine curiosity, restless desire for deeper research and improvements, making the difference for her / his internal and external customers
Combination of speed and quality of deliverables
Creativity to identify new opportunities in attracting and recruiting candidates

Robust online presence and familiarity with social media, databases and professional networks (i.e. Linkedln)
Very good use of MS Excel and collaboration tools
Must have professional qualifications :
2-4 years of recruiting experience on Contact Center’s roles from a recruiting agency or in-house HR team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Greek & English)
