Roles and Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling complex technical products and / or services in the Area of Nuclear Medicine and CT for markets in South Eastern Europe with focus on Greece and Cyprus.

  • You would typically specialize in a single product or product line, and carry a Sales quota. Generally not account-assigned;
  • called into accounts as opportunities are identified and may work with account-assigned Sales Account Managers to close sale.

    Essential Responsibilities

  • Compiling lists of prospective customers and sales leads. Follow up as necessary
  • Working with sales leaders and sales representatives to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities
  • Providing training to all sales team members on strategy and product offerings
  • Creating new customer opportunities in the region
  • Providing pricing strategy and insure pricing compliance for segment opportunities
  • Estimating date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the company's production and delivery schedules
  • Forecasting orders and sales of assigned territory and submit monthly report
  • Representing the company at trade association meetings to promote your products and GE
  • Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales in CT and Nuclear Medicine products
  • Previous experience in selling similar healthcare related products
  • Direct experience selling to CEO levels and other business decision makers
  • Previous experience in working with Distributors
  • Customer focus & intimacy
  • Strong sales and commercial skills
  • Strong business acumen with ability to analyze customer / market needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English as a minimum.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills
  • Desired Characteristics

  • Proven Customer acumen and relationship building skills in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong written & verbal communication & clear thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teaching and presentation skills.
  • Able to work individually and as part of a remote team.
