With so many digital tools out there, it can be a pretty daunting experience to figure out what you should use and then learn how to use it.

That’s where you come in! We want you to enable a positive adoption experience for all Deloitte practitioners, so that they quickly understand what digital tool to use and when they find it, can learn in a manner that they love.

Digital adoption has never been more important and will continue to be vital to our organization, to drive productivity, credibility with our clients as well as contributing to World Climate goals to reduce our global carbon footprint.

Your role

You will work with a variety of colleagues across the Deloitte network, to understand new tools and how they compare against our existing technologies, alongside evolving our new collaboration tool, Collaboration Central, which seeks to make it easy for practitioners to understand what tool they should use and how they can learn how to use it.

You will also have the opportunity to support other digital adoption campaigns as they develop.

  • Specific responsibilities include;
  • Explore new tools that are being explored across our firm, to understand features and functions and how they differ to competing products.
  • Manage Collaboration Central across North South Europe Deloitte Cluster, to add new tools when required and work with Global colleagues to influence and implement new features.
  • Review and interpret adoption data for existing tools, to form insights into potential areas to explore.
  • Perform targeted user research, to understand barriers to adoption, from an employee perspective.
  • Work with colleagues across different functions, to hack and implement ideas that improve the employee experience and increase adoption of our key tools.
  • Support new initiatives and campaigns that drive adoption of our tools
  • Support North South Europe Digital Adoption Deloitte Director to develop and manage an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution.
  • Your professional experience

  • A passion for digital adoption and how it can enable a positive employee experience.
  • Service design thinking, with a focus on driving a human centric approach to the adoption of new or existing technology.
  • Role model stakeholder management skills, with gravitas to gain credibility and trust with stakeholders at all levels across, the organization with the ability to challenge where required.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, present and challenge complex information to colleagues at all levels of the firm.
  • A strong can do attitude with an ability to motivate colleagues to do the same.
  • A role model as a team player with an ability to work collaboratively and positively with others in an open, friendly, flexible and facilitating manner.
  • Confident and comfortable to work under pressure and manage a number of tasks simultaneously.
  • Desire to both develop individually and support Digital Adoption Director to continually review and develop team methodology and ensure a positive perception of the team.
