Job Description & Summary

The opportunity

We are looking for a Contract Specialist to join the Public Tenders Unit, part of the Advisory Middle Office, operating across Advisory, supporting multiple Advisory capability teams, with a focus on Technology & Public Policy Consulting.

As a Contract Specialist you will

  • Collect contracts / engagements, understand and break down the requirements of any contract or agreement
  • Study the requirements, duties and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment
  • Actively engage and support project teams to ensure better performance and succession planning
  • Supervise contract execution to ensure compliance and on time delivery of the required deliverables
  • Maintain, update and improve contractual records, ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained
  • Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
  • The successful candidate should have

  • Solid understanding of legal terminology
  • Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
  • Solid computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Previous experience working with contract management is strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Capable of professionally managing confidential information
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
