Job Characteristics

Type : Full Time, Permanent

Office Locations : Thessaloniki / Halkidiki

Travelling : A substantial amount of travelling may be required

Job Description :

As a Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for reviewing, designing and overseeing the company’s hiring across all departments and all levels.

You will work closely with the recruiters in order to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. Your ultimate goal is to ensure that recruitment needs are timely identified and covered and through the daily interaction with interested candidates you in cooperation with the whole HR team are the ambassadors of Ikos Resorts vision and Company Culture.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics
  • Research Market on International Recruitment opportunities and create relevant channels, in order to strategically develop a recruitment pool of candidates from selected countries (achieving short and longer term recruitment goals)
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Coordinate with resort General & Hotel Managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Coordinate with Horizontal Department Directors / Managers to forecast hiring needs and identify best sourcing time and methods
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Identify recruitment team training needs
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
  • Candidate profile :

  • Prior experience within a similar role in a large organization would be appreciated
  • Hands-on Recruitment experience especially in mass recruiting projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
  • PC literate / Experience in using HR Systems / software would be appreciated
