We are currently looking for :
IT Service Management Experts to join the ServiceNow Team
work from any Deloitte office in Poland or remote (what you prefer)
Role requirements :
dynamic and goal-oriented person who wants to accelerate his / her career in the area of IT Service Mgmt. and ServiceNow technology
have participated in service transitions or assumed process ownership role around core ITIL processes, Service Level Mgmt.
Service Asset and Configuration Management
worked on IT Service transformation or implementation projects and initiatives as a functional lead, business analyst or technical consultant or
have hands-on working experience in one or more ServiceNow products and can define requirements for platform functionalities to support ITSM and business processes
familiar with Agile methodology
experienced in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
have good presentation and excellent communication skills
If pandemic situation settles down - travel mobility (Poland and international up to 20%)
English : advanced level, both written and spoken
ITIL certified Foundation level at minimum
ServiceNow certification would be an advantage

At work you will :
Assist the lead or work independently in design, development and implementation of IT Service Management and Service Integration solutions on ServiceNow platform
Work with the clients to capture business and process requirements and translate them to technical language in form of user stories
Perform thorough data analysis, gather core configuration requirements, translate these into design model and manage the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers
Design trainings and onboard users to the ServiceNow platform
Assist the lead in pre-sales activities for prospective clients
