The Role’s purpose is to contribute to Fixed and Converged market penetration growth for Vodafone Greece, via developing go-to-market plan, monitoring consumer Fixed and Converged Product portfolio performance, enhancing fixed customer experience and implementing commercial activities based on agreed strategies.
The job holder will report to the Fixed Propositions Supervisor and will act as individual contributor in her / his role.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Develop and implement Go-To-Market activities for products and services consistent with company vision
Drive product strategies and long term vision to build best in class digital journeys
Work with stakeholders from Sales, Operations, Executive Management, and customer communities to translate business goals into results
Act as a mediator between the clients (both external and internal) and the technical teams, communicating consumer needs and translating those needs into new product features for the digital team to design
Establish an annual budget, target profit margin, and market share, review variance, and initiate corrective actions per product and territory
Collect, analyze, and summarize market data and trends and report to Senior Management
Manage competition benchmarking, interact directly with key accounts exploring specific needs, and identifying new opportunities
Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and improve current one
Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end-users
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
2+ years proven experience as a Product Manager / Digital Product Manager or similar role (e.g. research, positioning, Market Analysis, P&L per product, Go To Market Plan, etc)
Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
Previous experience in Telecommunication industry a plus
Excellent written and oral command of the English language
Must have technical / professional qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing. MBA preferred
Very good command of Greek and English languages (spoken and written).
Computer literate (MS Office).
