Role purpose

To provide training and guidance so as to lead the team of Family Advisors to outstanding performance in both quantitative and qualitative results (NPS) by coaching, training and monitoring the target setting of each member

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Provides support, coaching and on-the-job training to new employees in Family Advisors Team. Is responsible for monitoring the performance and providing the relevant feedback during the induction period
  • Conducts in training sessions, meetings and on- the- job trainings in order to achieve outstanding performance through regular visits to shops
  • Monitors the performance (both quantitative : sales targets and qualitative : TNPS)
  • Is in constant communication and cooperation with the District Manager, in order to set up the relevant action plans
  • He / she also gives feedback to the team and along with the District Manager, agree on the future action plans of the team
  • Participates in sales force recruitment when needed
  • Core competencies, knowledge and experience

  • People oriented with the ability to coach individuals
  • Adaptable, able to work under pressure
  • Passionate, motivation driven
  • Proactive, fast learner, out of the box thinker
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • 2 years experience in the field of sales in mobile communications
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
