Responsibilities
Supporting Windows-based environments for multiple international customers
Ongoing maintenance of Windows servers (patching, backup, monitoring and troubleshooting)
Solving incidents from automated systems and requests from customers using a ticket-tracking tool (Service Manager)
Requirements
Education in computer science or adequate knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022) for servers and workstations
Knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, API
Designing, creating and developing applications
Easy to communicate and collaborate in a group, the ability to share knowledge
Very good knowledge of English
We Appreciate
Knowledge of packaging, deploying application (SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune)
Knowledge of MSSQL Server databases
