The role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer that will provide complete and appropriate solutions for our clients in order to boost top-line revenue growth, client acquisition levels and profitability.

As a successful Sales Engineer you will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. In addition, you will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of our platform and services.

Responsibilities

  • Building the strategy around our sales operations for services aimed at Enterprises
  • Forecasting sales, developing "out of the box" sales strategies / models and evaluating their effectiveness
  • Setting and meeting sales KPIs to increase revenue
  • Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Gains client's acceptance by explaining or demonstrating areas for cost reductions and operations improvements.
  • Operational research to identify new opportunities to enhance our platform's features that will drive more value to our clients.
  • Minimum travel required
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
  • At least five (5) years of industry sales experience in B2B
  • One to three years of management experience
  • Strategic leadership ability
  • Background in Start-up environment or SaaS will be considered a plus
  • Background in MOOC SaaS start up will be considered a plus
  • Strong project management and high operational discipline
  • Near-native professional level of English verbal and writing
  • Proficient in MS Office and other productivity suites (Especially Excel)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills on enterprise level
