We are looking for a Travel & Event Ticket Consultant with great enthusiasm for the travel and event ticketing industry to join our team in Athens, Greece.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling requests from clients. The main goal is to improve client satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.
More specifically, as Travel & Event Ticket Consultant, you will :
Handle issue, re-issue, refund requests for Airline , Ferry and Event Tickets;
Handle queues of GDS's and follow-up requests ;
Ensure & provide quality of service to customers. i.e. handle inquiries & complaints from customers in a professional manner;
Create and update electronic records of clients;
Report technical issues, customers’ complaints and other problems;
Provide customer support over the phone when necessary;
Maintain relationships with key persons;
To be considered you should have :
Demonstrable previous working experience as a travel consultant (2-3 years);
Excellent knowledge of GDS systems; such as Worldspan and ForthCRS;
Solid knowledge of BSP operation (refund applications, reports, etc.)
Excellent use of Greek and English, both in verbal & written;
Customer oriented approach;
Quality focus and multitasking in a fast-paced environment;
Demonstrable ability to handle urgent requests & crises;
The following will be considered a plus :
JIRA system knowledge;
Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field will be appreciated;
