As a Sales Manager your responsibilities will include :

Explore opportunities to expand by introduction of new customers, products, promotions or concepts
Act as the prime contact for customers in Greece
Develop & manage yearly sales forecasts and expenses
Develop, track and manage plans for high growth and high potential customer opportunities
Identify, evaluate, and submit recommendations for customers and distributors as needed
Assure that customer’s expectations are clearly defined with regard to performance, value added, schedule of deliverables,
Achieve sales budget by building upon the established reputation and expanding existing customer base
Interact with key partners and customers in open communication, creating relations of common purpose and mutual benefit
Support the reconciliation of customer POs, provide accurate order forecasting for production and assist in delivery
Create, organize and manage processes in line with company targets
The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Manager will be expected to possess the following :
BS Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Automation
2-6 years of work experience in technical sales within a manufacturing company, ideally within the level measurement and control products industry.
Ability to work independently as a remote employee
Fluency in English
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Strong project management and time management skills
Excellent written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills
Able to build strong relationships with customers, employees and management
Solid business acumen and problem solving
Demonstrated proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
Expected travel is 50-75% monthly (11-15 days / month)
