The purpose of this position is to provide a professional reception and administration services to the Office and its visitors.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Greet, assist and direct visitors and business partners, in a professional and courteous manner
  • Receive and direct incoming calls, respond to email and phone inquiries
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as well as manage travel arrangement for the Sales and Marketing staff
  • Provide executive administration support to the B.O.D.
  • Sales data entry and update
  • Organize and maintain hard copy and electronic files and records
  • Maintain office supplies and manage orders for consumables when necessary
  • Monitor office equipment, calling for service as needed
  • Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Office management and administrative assistance experience
  • Excellent computer knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills as well as written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, organizational and project coordination skil
