About the Role

We are looking to recruit a Field Sales Representative for the Hygiene Business Unit of Reckitt, for the area of Athens and its surroundings operation.

This role is responsible for the sales and market share achievements in the Mass market channel for the area of responsibility.

You will representing our power brands : Finish, Vanish, Airwick, Harpic ect

Summary of Responsibilities

Playing a key role in the Field Sales team, you’ll be responsible for developing strong relationships with some of our largest customers.

You’ll build trust. You’ll educate. You’ll innovate. You’ll help them display merchandise more effectively or promote new lines.

You’ll be at the front-end for promotional campaigns. You’ll understand your customers and help them to sell our products.

  • Build and enhance strong relationships with customers in the area of responsibility / coverage
  • Implement the existing channel strategies in order to maximize long term sales and profitability
  • Ensure excellent in store execution in line with vision store objectives by building the distribution of Reckitt products and implementing the recommended planograms in all customers of his / her coverage, in line with the recommendations for each brand as well as in line with 4P
  • Monitor and deliver business results in promoting Reckitt’s name and products
  • Plan and track daily, weekly, monthly activities in line with the routing, customer needs and opportunities in order to deliver monthly volume objectives
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers of responsibility to secure a long-term business growth and customers’ loyalty
  • Develop and monitor sales for the local special distributor
  • Requirements :

  • University Degree / Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
  • Experience as a Sales Representative (mass market channel experience would be considered as desirable)
  • Fluency in English
  • IT literate - understanding of MS Office
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated with a can do’ attitude
  • Outgoing and dynamic personality with a high level of energy and drive
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Decision maker, able to take risks and measure opportunities
