To assist Nettitude in becoming a renowned market leading managed provider of managed security and support services.
Network & Security Analyst is a self-driven person, and able to work well individually and part of the strong NOC Manage team.
You are an analytical thinker with a drive to solve problems, work under pressure and be proactive in challenging situations.
You will be working on 1st & 2d Line Network support, and will be required to take customer network issues, understand the problem, triage it appropriately.
You will work alongside with 3rd line NOC engineers and NOC manage consultants and will assist to expedite and resolve support desk cases to the customer satisfactory level.
You will have knowledge and some experience in OSI or TCP / IP stack and appreciation of support and service transition, ability to work on a support desk
operates in ITIL framework
You will have experience of working in a large multi-client solution provider with a rapidly expanding customer base.
This role is based in Greece. The role is office-based with some flexible remote working. All applicants will require residence in Greece.
