Job Title : Technical Customer Success Specialist

As a Technical Customer Success Specialist, you will be dedicated as a technical point of contact, including escalations, between the customer and SITA.

You will work in partnership with the Airports Service Manager (ASM) and assigned on customer premises (Athens International Airport offices).

As a TSM (Technical Service Manager) the role will be to be tailor customer's business needs into the SITA Airport Operations Manager platform called "AMS" (Airport Management System).

AMS is the platform leader in the market that provides Real Time Management of Airport / Airline / GH resources maximizing resource (mobile & fixed) utilization.

The Technical Service Manager mandate is to provide to our customers business consultancy in operations about AMS products and all the related integration available at the airports (BHS , SITATEX , ERM , etc).

Who you are

  • Extensive experience in Business and Technical consultancy in the IT & Telecommunications industry.
  • Experience implementing complex software solutions for customers.
  • Operating at Senior levels of the customer (Heads of Depts / Functions) Understanding of the Airline Industry IT environment specifically Airport Operations.
  • Solid technical understanding and experience on MS SQL & Windows Server, Cloud, Network component at the core of the AMS suite.
  • Experience integrating systems on a technical and functional level. Good understanding of technologies used for integration (message queues, web services etc.
  • OS (Microsoft / Linux), Network (CCNA / CCNP), IIS (MCSA), IBM WebSphere (MQ / MB), ESX VMware, Business Objects ETL, AMS Knowledge, Cloud.
