Adecco is currently seeking , on behalf of Pfizer, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position :
Administrative Assistant (One Year Initial Contract)
Supports the manager in departmental communication with colleagues inside and beyond the own department and outside the company and ensure that input (information, requests, documentation) reaches the stakeholder in an optimal way.
Provides administrative support to the Centre for Digital Innovation
Planning for meetings including booking meeting rooms and ensure logistics and information needs are met e.g. agenda, relevant documentation, taking of minutes etc.
Demonstrates excellent knowledge and understanding of internal departments, key contacts, and organizational structure.
Participates as a team member. Demonstrates co-operation with Departmental Managers, peers and customers
BSc Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Three (3) years of experience in a similar position
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluency in Greek and English
Strong written and oral communication skills
Pleasant personality with a strong team spirit
Initiative and determination in everyday problem solving
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
