As an EY supply chain and operations professional, you’ll use your analytical insight to drive clients’ global business performance.

Working as part of a high-performing team, you’ll deliver exceptional client service and help leading organizations improve their E2E SC forward and reverse processes (planning, procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing & fulfillment, transportation, distribution, reverse logistics, operations and after sales services), within a variety of sectors.

The opportunity We are looking to recruit the most talented individuals with combined sector and operations knowledge. As a Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) professional, you will build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers using your technical knowledge and experience to provide the best outcomes.

At the same time you are required to continuously develop through trainings and hands on experience on a variety of projects.

Your key responsibilities As a Consultant / Senior Consultant you will take part in demanding global / regional / local projects and you will :

Take part in client meetings and interview client stakeholders to understand their business requirements

Perform data analyses with advanced analytics tools to understand current state and identify areas of improvement

Provide solutions in the areas of :

Supply Chain process optimization

Distribution network and flows optimization

Staff productivity increase

Procurement & inventory optimization

Manufacturing excellence

Design and re-design of distribution / fulfilment centers

Design and re-design of organizational structure

Operational restructuring Skills and attributes for success

Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple complex projects under tight deadlines

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team

Ability to develop presentations that are clear and impactful, translating EY advisory services into meaningful valued propositions for clients

Strong analytical skills and conceptual attitude

Advanced skills in Ms Office and good knowledge of data analytics, modelling and simulation tools, ideally for SC optimization (e.g. SCG,JDA, R)

Advanced skills in SAP WMS / EWM / IBP

Problem solving and critical thinking skills

Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach

Evidence of self-motivation to continuously develop in the areas of supply chain transformation

A passion to provide high quality service to our clients

Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness

Advanced business writing skills both in Greek and English

To qualify for the role you must have experience of :

At least 1 year of working experience in Supply Chain sector

A bachelor and / or Master degree in Supply Chain / Logistics management, Operations Management, Operational research, Industrial Management / Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or other related field with strong quantitative focus

Experience in business environment and very good understanding of SC processes

Interaction with multidisciplinary teams at all hierarchical levels

Handling and analyzing extensive data sources and large data sets skills

Ideally, you’ll also have previous working experience in Management Consulting or / and in a corporate environment.
