About this role
We are looking for a Landlord Management (Retention) Specialist, based in Athens - Greece , who will join us with a fixed term contract , with the potential to later become a permanent member of the team.
You will be responsible for landlord management and retention, by ensuring a successful and timely completion of customers' projects, according to Vantage Towers' strategic plans, and standards, as well as, in compliance with the relevant legislation.
Your main responsibilities
Manage and retain landowners : handle their requests received through the call center, via emails, or through any other communication channel.
Treat and face landowners as assets
Handle and minimize all arbitrary landlords’ actions, objections, denials leading to site outages and / or project delays and completion.
Minimize arbitrary landlords’ financial demands
Evaluate and assess sites for all Operators or company projects, keeping in mind technical reports, studies, drawings and work orders.
Coordinate projects in Network Retention activities
Follow MSA& SLAs in all processes (retention or not) and in interactions with other departments
Ensure uninterrupted 24-hour access to sites and availability of keys with access procedures that are clearly noted and recorded and provide access details where needed.
Resolve access issues in sites, ensuring the timely implementation of projects / works in the field
Support legal activities : collaboration with legal dept in case of legal disputes with owners, neighbors, authorities etc.
providing all information required (licensing, lease, site's history etc.) in a timely and thorough way. Be present as a witness in courts whenever is required
Prepare relevant requests / documents related to retention issues such as contract renewals, new agreements where needed e.
t. c. Prepare regular and / or ad-hoc reports to management. Maintain and update all databases, sites, records and files within the department
Maintain good relationships with the customers / contractors / public services involved departments
Always ensure data security and confidentiality and do all activities taking into consideration any budget restrictions

Strong project management skills
Passion with data reporting and attention to detail

Fluent English skills, written and spoken
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
Data mining tools knowledge will be considered as an asset
