About the role
The Product Manager's role at Beat is to :
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of features for acquisition, activation & retention of users, as well as the evolution of this product domain and its team’s structure.
As a Product Manager for Growth you’ll work with a team of incredibly talented engineers, data scientists, and designers to build tools and technology that provide the best solutions in a real-
time, dynamic, supply / demand driven marketplace. You will also work closely with the Growth and Operational organizations to understand the needs and challenges of each market.
The teams in this product domain are responsible for highly visible features of the passenger and driver app, including Driver incentives, rewards & bonuses, Passenger coupons & discounts, Referral mechanisms, and Loyalty systems.
You will also take part in strategic decision-making and will be responsible for your teams’ roadmap and backlog, prioritizing what goes into production while focussing on growing both sides of the marketplace.
The ideal candidate has a metric driven approach to decisions and in-depth knowledge of how to use and evolve various KPIs set by the company.
What you'll do day in day out :
Define a narrative for how that roadmap aligns with company-level and regional business priorities.
What you need to have :
Otherwise, equivalent experience as an Engineering Manager in a software, SaaS, or systems development environment, but with a strong understanding of Acquisition, Activation & Retention disciplines.
