Job Description In the Customer Care Center Team there is currently the vacancy of Customer Care Center Officer Customer Care Center Officer is the key contributor in minimizing the impact stemming from flight disruption, emphasizing in the customer satisfaction.

This position brings along the following responsibilities :

  • Manages centralized systems in a routine free environment
  • Cooperates closely with IOCC, evaluates and suggests recovery plans in order to minimize the impact on the event of irregular operations
  • Promotes the proactive decision making on a short-term basis, combining multiple real-time components Network wise
  • Aims to ensure minimum disruption to the affected customers
  • Establishes proficient collaboration with the outstations, so as for the latter to efficiently deal with irregular operations Job Requirements Candidates should have the following personal requirements :
  • Planning and prioritizing concurrent duties efficiently
  • Adapts in a constantly dynamic changing setting
  • High level communication skills to give proper guidance and guidelines to internal and external providers
  • Ability to work unsupervised and take responsibility
  • Team-oriented spirit
  • Strong analytical and combined skills
  • Ability to multi task under pressure
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Decision -making capabilities during short timeframes
  • Crisis Management and ability to handle pressure via will power and self-control
  • Ability to report objectively, accurately and simultaneously impartially
  • Open -minded to adapt and propose new processes, procedures and ideas And the following educational requirements and work experience :
  • 2 years minimum experience at airport passenger service
  • Amadeus Inventory, RES or DCS background would be considered an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • High level skills in computers and systems
