In this role, you will be responsible for determining job requirements, screening candidates, and forecasting hiring needs.
You may also be required to promote our company's brand with recruitment initiatives and events. To ensure success as a HR & Recruitment Specialist , you should possess extensive experience as a recruiter and the ability to attract the perfect candidate for each role.
What will your role include? You will :
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs in different areas and departments
Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
Lead & manage employer branding initiatives
Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portal, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms
Evaluate candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references, using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (Workable)
Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
