Job Description Summary

Develop partnerships with hospital projects stakeholders

Ensure the hospital projects feasibility Manage and coordinate the execution of the hospital project, ensuring the Customer Satisfaction


  • Achieving sales, orders and margin targets for GEHC sales in assigned strategic Clients while managing costs within budget.
  • Developing a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare products & services.
  • Developing and maintaining the assigned key Clients, understanding their key initiatives and priorities, and keeping GE Healthcare Region Manager, Zone Manager and Product business leaders informed and appropriately involved.
  • Establishing and enhancing relationships at executive levels with Clients through responsive resolution of issues and addressing customer needs by integrating all appropriate GE Healthcare resources;
  • promoting service offerings to identify and escalate commercial service needs to drive customer NPS.

  • building long term strategic relationships with the portfolio of Clients to continue to add value.
  • Work closely with the EMEA Region and the Eastern Europe Zone team to develop partnerships with local companies that enhance GE Healthcare offering & delivery capabilities for hospital projects (eg.
  • local suppliers, construction & engineering companies, consultants, architects & packagers).

  • Facilitate comprehensive offering and pricing for large projects working closely with the GE Healthcare Regional commercial operation and HC Partners teams.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction (End-User as well as Packagers, if any) and respect of the commercial contracts in compliance of GE policies (invoicing, revenue recognition, sourcing, cash collection).
  • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (biomedical, electro-mechanical or civil works as advantage)
  • Experience in Business Management or Sales / Marketing
  • Equivalent knowledge and experience in medical equipment sales area, preferred Imaging.
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare High Tech Industry and understanding of HC Policy and Strategies in the targeted markets.
  • Proven track record on relationship building skills
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driving license
  • Fluent in English (mandatory), additional Eastern Europe languages will be an added advantage.
