Technical and disciplinary management of the IT service and support team with eight employees.
Responsibility for the processes incident, problem, change and service request management.
Responsibility for asset and configuration management, including further development of the CMDB.
Control of the IT service desk and onsite services.
Responsibility for tooling in the context of IT service management.
Further development of the knowledge management as well as the service catalog.
Automation of IT service processes
Monitoring and ensuring service quality, including definition and monitoring of service level agreements (SLAs).
Responsibility for reporting of central IT services
Further development of the own area
Organization and optimization of processes
You bring with you :
Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable studies or a comparable professional degree in the IT environment.
extensive professional experience in the field of IT operations and IT support.
good knowledge of common standards and best practices in the IT service management environment (ITIL, ISO 20000, COBIT etc.
as well as knowledge with IT service management tools, e.g. Serviceware Processes
Certification as ITIL® V3 / 4 expert desirable
Experience in the creation of concepts
High technical understanding as well as affinity for technological innovations in IT operations.
