We are looking for a passionate Occupational Health Supervisor to coordinate our Health Department. You will be responsible for day-to-day operation, budgeting, and maintenance of medical and customer records.

As an Occupational Health Supervisor, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform effectively in stressful situations.

The position also requires knowledge of Occupational healthcare systems, operations, and legislation. Ultimately, you should be able to discover opportunities for improving conditions and execute various health programs.

The ability to communicate guidelines to workforces of different industries is essential as well as to ensure that information is stored and disseminated correctly between health care professionals and customers.


  • Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
  • Supervise the team of Health Department and Occupational Doctors to ensure all relevant annual targets / goals are met
  • Plan, organize and implement department’s all daily activities (responses to customer, give guidelines for health issues, schedule appointments, meetings, training, workplace visits)
  • Monitor budget for medical and training supplies
  • Create and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety in workplaces
  • Organize and implement training programs and presentations for health and safety issues such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and accident prevention, stress management, smoking cessation, and protection from musculoskeletal straining
  • Create, promote and lead new occupational health projects in order to meet and develop company’s strategies
  • Coordinate to training provisions, customer’s consulting, vaccinations, preventive medical examinations, sickness absenteeism management, investigations of occupational health issues / accidents and several other OH issues
  • Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics
  • Requirements

  • BSc in Nursing
  • At least two years of experience in similar roles
  • Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) trainer
  • Professional degree of public health would be preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills and customer service orientation
  • Flexibility and commitment to delivering results
  • Ability to multi-task and comfortable working in high pressure environments
  • Ability to prepare reports and conduct presentations
  • English fluency and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
