The role
Ensure as a priority the ability of IT to meet Financial audit obligations through supporting the Enterprise Application team members and business with regards of User creation, License management, Authorization (SOD), Solution Manager ChaRM, job management, SAP basis activities
Authorization management (including SOD) and reporting
Responsible for internal and external IT audits
Sub application layer support activities such as capacity management
Coordinating hosting partner Supplier management (we use an outsource partner)
Support of user management (user leavers and joiners, role and licence assignment)
Support of Solution Manager ChaRM
Support of Solution Manager Job management
What we are looking for
Minimum 2+ years of professional experience
SAP audit and compliance experience
Able to understand customizing around SAP Basis
Experience in SolutionManger ChaRM and Job management
Having ABAP knowledge would be an advantage
Having knowledge in workflow would be an advantage
Having knowledge of APO would be an advantage
Having knowledge in BW would be an advantage. Good experience in requirements gathering and creation of functional Specification
Good Comunication skills, project managment skills and Stakeholder management
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Flexible to undertake occasional international travel at short notice
Excellent command of verbal and written English
