How will you contribute to Skroutz vision
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Product Analytics team with a combination of solid technical and analytical skills and the ability to develop a deep understanding of Skroutzs business and data.
The Product Analytics team is responsible for collecting and analysing user journey data in order to translate them into actionable insights.
Product teams make use of these valuable insights in order to build great user experiences.

What you will be doing
Expose problems and discover opportunities in order to feed product development.
Work closely with the User Research team so as to complement qualitative data and provide better understanding of user behaviour.
Use data analytics, data visualization, and data modeling techniques to extract actionable insights that will facilitate prioritization and Product Strategy formulation.
Develop and communicate well-organized dashboards and reports using Tableau, Google Sheets, or other internal tools.
Collaborate with other teams on defining and monitoring KPIs and metrics.
Consult and facilitate internal customers on analysis and inference.
Help Product teams design and run experiments, leveraging causal inference for better decision making.
4+ years of work experience, preferably in a similar role
Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Economics, Business, or equivalent
Strong product acumen and understanding of user experience
Εxperience with managing data (any combination of data architecture, data quality, metadata management, ETL, analytics, reporting)
Good knowledge of SQL
Excellent knowledge of statistics and understanding of causal inference methods
Familiarity with Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Mixpanel, Kibana, Grafana)
Familiarity with BI reporting technologies (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI)
Programming experience, preferably in R / Python
We will appreciate if you have
Applied experience in any of the following : Business Analysis, Data Fusion, Operations, Statistical analysis and other technical and customer-facing roles
Experience with designing, running, and analysing results of A / B tests
Familiarity with technologies like Tableau, KIbana
Strong communication, alignment, and collaboration skills
Ability to deep-dive into complex problems and come back with clear insights
Humble, eager to learn and share
