What You’ll Do for Us :
Manage brand activations at market level, including POS activations, promos, experiential sampling and events, leveraging marketing assets, in coordination with the bottler
Support the team in the localization of global campaigns, cross-functional initiatives and work assignments that align to brand priorities
Support the management of program budgets (DME) and timelines to drive flawless execution of the plan, hitting all system milestones on time and within budget Track brand and project performance through data analysis by converting KPI’s and findings into specific insights that add value to the business
Prepare reports / presentations as needed (e.g. monthly performance reports)
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of brand activation (end to end project delivery) / marketing experience; particularly in FMCG will be considered a plus
Great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and Greek, as well as presentation skills / storytelling
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders (category marketing, bottler) and ensure alignment
Good project management skills, able to coordinate multiple tasks at the same time and deliver high quality on time.
Ability to coordinate tasks, manage details and share information (budgets, resources, metrics, timeline management, etc.
of local activations. Ability to understand key business metrics and analytics
Ability to adapt to changing environment and cross correct in due time, Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Passion for the brand and the work of the brand marketing
Digital skills and mindset will be considered a plus
