Skills Required :
Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent field
Min 2-year working experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of English (written and oral skills)
Excellent use of MS Office (strong skills in Excel)
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Data & analytical skills
Teamwork
Ability to maintain and update HR databases (training will be provided)
Ability to create detailed reports from HR data sets (training will be provided)
Desired Qualifications :
Working experience in a similar role in tourism in similar position
Problem-solving
Postgraduate degree is a plus
