We are searching for a Performance Test Engineer to join our team and help with implementing Performance testing solutions in different delivery teams.
Act as leader / Coach, monitor and improve performance service creation include teaching other specialists within Volvo Group IT.
As we work in Agile and we are fully self-organized team, you will be also cooperating with Tools Specialists, Agile Coaches, Developers, Architect and Solution Leaders.

Your responsibilities
Collecting and verifying non-functional requirements.
Creating test scripts, executing and monitoring tests.
Analysis of the results, preparation of a reports and presentation of the outcome to the client.
Implementation of the performance testing tool in the CI CD pipeline.
Close cooperation with stakeholders.
Working with diverse technologies.
Collaborate and share knowledge with team members.
Our requirements
At least 2 years' experience in Performance Testing area.
Experience with one of the tools like Loadrunner, JMeter etc.
Ability to prepare complex scripts (inc. dynamic parameters).
Experience with scripts preparation for applications using various technologies (Web applications, SAP, GUI, API etc.) .
Basic programing skills.
Experience with system monitoring (logs and result analysis). Application bottlenecks identification.
Understanding of system architecture.
Understanding of performance test benefits and concepts.
Knowledge about types of Performance Tests.
Ability to introduce performance testing concept into the solution
Ability to identify goals and define performance requirements.
Soft-skill Competencies
Good communication and presentation skills
Minimum Years of Experience Required
2-3 yrs (Junior / Mid level)
