Interweave is seeking a Research and Insights Manager, who will be responsible for locating, filtering, synthesizing elements from different sources, and translate them into coherent insights that drive effective KPIs.
The Research and Insight Manager for Market and Consumer plays a key role in the Strategy and Insights Team. You will develop and communicate the insights that helps shape marketing, product, brand, communications, and media strategies, for companies and brands over a 1 to 3 year horizon.
You have to use research, data, and analytic techniques to answer key client business questions, drive rich emotional and behavioral audience understanding, and connect the audience’s needs to the overall marketing strategy and objectives, implementing best practices around research, analytics and campaign measurement.
You will collaborate with strategic consultants, creatives, brand strategists, account managers, technologists, content creators, community managers, and performance marketers and participate in building great brand experiences across platforms.

Mine and collect category and brand data (social listening, primary research, desk research, syndicated data, client business data) to uncover insights that will drive business results
Merge quantitative and qualitative insights into cohesive story to drive marketing strategy
Build measurement frameworks that capture campaign performance, evaluating behavior / brand impact, and ROI
Create reports with strategic suggestions and recommendations for improvements; Communicate opportunities, learnings and recommendations
Work cross-functionally to integrate insights driven strategies to drive omni-channel category and brand growth
Have deep knowledge of client’s business goals and challenges
Assist business development team by joining pitches and helping create presentations for both existing and prospective clients
Be up-to-date on new technologies and trends in your field and share them with others; Proactively educate internal team members and clients on research, tools, technology, and methodologies
Interacting with internal teams, as well as, client teams when necessary

Bachelor’s degree in advertising, business, engineering statistics, marketing, or similar discipline
At least 4 years experience in consumer insights and market research, media / marketing research, data analysis and analytics
Demonstrated expertise in the development, management and review of market research, data analysis, insights identification or other related research-driven practice
Strong grounding in traditional and digital media research (control / exposed methodologies, market mix modelling)
Solid understanding of Google Trends and Analytics
A history of creativity in the use of data and the exploration of emerging data sources
Experience on developing consumer learning papers crossing various information sources, pointing out business opportunities and recommending strategic solutions based on consumer / shopper understanding
Agency background experience
Team-player with strong engagement, storytelling and presentation skills
Great ability in crafting appealing presentations and facilitate meetings
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Speed and proven ability to balance multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
