Country Clinical Quality Manager (CCQM) / Quality Manager / Local Quality Manager Permanent Greece

Clintec are currently recruiting for a Clinical Quality Manager to join our team in Greece on a full time, permanent basis.

JOB ROLE :

As a Country Clinical Quality Manager (CCQM) you will oversee all Clinical Quality Management activities within Greece which includes implementing processes and procedures and identifying and supporting process improvement initiatives.

As a CCQM, you will also support with audits and inspections which will include performing root cause analysis and managing CAPAs in response to findings.

You will act as a local expert for ICH-GCP, local regulations and any quality related local processes as well as manage all QC and training activities locally.

CRITERIA :

As a Country Clinical Quality Manager (CCQM), you will have :

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant health care area
  • Previous experience as a CRA, or experience managing CRAs
  • Experience and knowledge of quality management and the control tools required
  • Demonstrated experience of leading cross-functional teams
  • Project management skills including a solid track record of initiating, planning and delivering projects
  • Experience in managing audits and inspections is highly desirable, as is experience of delivering training
  • Strong oral and written communication and people management skills
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills, with the ability to exert influence to achieve results with all levels of clinical research management
  • Ability to analyse, interpret, and solve complex problems
  • Ability to think strategically and be creative / innovative
  • Fluency in English and Greek
