Our flagship brand is in great shape, but as we are foodies, we have appetite for more this ship needs a new Captain so Take it, it’s Yours!
You take full ownership of our Spreads category, which means that you will act as an CEO of a small enterprise.
You will be the driving force into designing and implementing the communication strategy and plan; educating consumers to include our nutritious and delicious plant-based products into their everyday life, driving brand consideration and penetration.
You will be working with the Marketing Manager for your market and Global Brand Director (where applicable) to bring products and brand experiences that are relevant, and engaging to consumers, via all media channels, with a focus on digital.
You will own every element of your brand from the equity, strategy, performance, and profitability while delivering a game changing brand strategy that brings the consumer into our brands and delivers loyalty and commitment to achieve business goals.
You will lead and love landing a brilliant execution in digital, ATL, and in-store drive our brand awareness via owned and earned channels.
You will be responsible for the annual marketing plan, its design & execution.
You will develop brand innovation business cases with our Operations team.
You will Own the performance for your brands accountable for the P&L and for translating ideas into action. You will Control the A&P budget to ensure on budget delivery of campaigns, and maximize channel impact.
You will contribute to S&OP process.
You will be the Consumer insights Champion throughout the organization to ensure sustainable growth of the business and optimal brands’ equity.
You will assess media performance, extracting learnings from tests to deliver high impact campaigns.
You will work as part of an in-house team to execute & develop media strategy : define objectives, develop test ideas, budget and channel allocation, detailed channel execution, and evaluate performance of tests.
You will support the Marketing Director to establish Upfield’s test and learn’ approach to decision making in market.
You will support Accounts teams to better understand category trends, performance, competition, shopper behaviors, etc.
What’s your background?
You have a Bachelor’s in marketing / Business or related field (Master or MBA will be considered a plus).
You have at least 3 years of proven experience in marketing (brand management) and a proven track record in delivering brand growth and managing a holistic brand P&L.
You have a deep consumer focus, taking an audience led approach, translating insights into marketing and a strong creative eye with the ability to articulate briefs and provide feedback with impact.
You have Hands-on experience in bringing your brand to life driving demand through all media channels. Proven experience of Digital Marketing and real digital native mindset is a must.
You are a driver of collaboration, can lead a cross-functional team internally, delegate effectively and influence across levels to make things happen.
You have 360 marketing activations experience and understand the commercial journey. Ideally 2 years in FMCG.
You have a Strong financial acumen and focus on results.
As you will be working across region Fluent Greek and English are must!
