Transportation Shift Supervisor - Distribution Center of Mandra, Attiki

Position requirements
Ensures, monitors, and checks the availability of the appropriate resources (vehicles, drivers, etc.),
Coordinates the day-to-day activities / mechanisms regarding the daily delivery processes and the invoicing procedures
Manages the routing program in daily basis
Responsible for the distribution optimization of orders
Conducts regular audits on the delivery processes and equipment
Monitors regularly & ad hoc the differences between initial routing plan and final delivery route of orders
Participates in the selection, training and manages the performance evaluation of a team of drivers.
Candidate’s Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply chain, Business Administration or relevant field. Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
2-3 years of proven working experience in a similar position, (transportation, courier, delivery, shipping) preferably in a multinational company
Excellent command of MS Suite, Windows, TMS and ERP systems
Excellent command of the Greek & English language both verbal & oral
Attention to detail and ability to process numerical data
Business and strategic approach
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Team management, Leadership skills & Team player
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
