WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for a Business Development Specialist with focus on our activities in public sector, digital government, and smart cities.

The candidate, will be responsible for :

Developing and managing new business opportunities in activities related to public sector, digital government, and smart cities.

Developing proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.

Identify trends and customer needs, building a short / medium / long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.

Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration.

Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.

Track the performance and report metrics on progress.

Requirements

Educational requirements :

Bachelor’s / MSc Degrees in areas related to the domain of public sector / public sector administration / digital government.

Necessary skills :

At least two years’ experience in business development activities.

Working experience with sales techniques.

Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

Proven ability to plan and manage resources.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have skills :

Working experience in the domain of public sector, digital government and / or smart cities, will be considered as a plus.

Experience in pre-sales / sales positions will be considered as a plus.

Other qualifications

Strong oral and written communication skills (fluent in English and Greek language),

Team working, positive and problem-solving attitude,
