Background & Main Job Purpose Translates the national category / brand strategy into specific channel priorities and plans and focuses on delivering the monthly Sales and Operation (S&Op) forecast.

Collaborates with the Shopper marketing team to design / develop category / brand thematic activations by customer. Receives input from KAMs regarding category / brand developments and feeds this input to the internal stakeholders, to help shape the overall category strategy.

Main Accountabilities Identifies, understands and articulates category trends and shopper insights / drivers of category growth.

Monitors category / brand market share performance by channel and identifies issues and opportunities. Develops the Customer Facing Category Strategy (CFCS), translating national category marketing plans and global category strategy into local channel plans (and customer plans, in collaboration with the Shopper Marketing Team).

Consolidates CD input into the S&Op process and owns S&Op output (forecast).Is responsible to monitor category / brand performance and to ensure that the monthly forecast is achieved.

Participates in the Integrated Business Planning annual process, providing the CD lens to brand Jobs to be Done (JTBD) by channel and customer.

Provides input in the Innovation / Renovation business cases (e.g. pack size by channel, pricing, distribution targets & trade margins ).

Develops the national CATMAN plan and category master planogram and strategy by channel, to be customized / adapted by the Shopper Mktg team for customer-specific projects.

Participates in the Net Revenue Management (NRM) process Key interfaces Marketing Teams CCBT (Country & category -cross functional- business team) Shopper Marketing Account Teams Field Force External Agencies Skills Experiences - Qualifications Background and Skills : University Degree, at Post-Graduate level.

4+ years of Brand Building and / or Shopper Marketing experience. Field Sales experience is considered an additional asset.

Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Strong computer skills. Interpersonal competencies : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Results oriented, with a winning spirit and a growth mindset. Team player, able to manage different KPIs and priorities.

Fast decision making, focused on delivering results. Strong understanding of the market and the retail environment. Able to work cross functionally.

Strong analytical skills and business understanding. Financial understanding / P&L management. Candidates, who meet specified qualifications, will be contacted by e-mail or telephone.
