The Hotels have a total of 422 rooms and suites, exquisite banqueting facilities, famous outlets, the famous Alexander’s Bar, and the rejuvenating GB Spa.

The Complex Front Office team our Hotels is recruiting for an :

Front Desk Manager, King George

Will be reporting to the Complex Director Guest Services & Front Office.

Duties and Responsibilities to include :

  • Guest Experience Management to ensure a stay of the highest quality, with supervision of both the Front Desk and Concierge services of the Hotel King George.
  • Manages day-to-day operations, ensures the quality, standards and meets the expectations of our Luxury Guests on a daily basis.
  • Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish all duties.
  • Handling of all needed task for Marriott Loyalty Programs, Marriott Systems, and reconciliations with various teams.
  • Successful candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field
  • 5-6 years of experience in a leadership position of a Front Office team in a City Hotel, or Resort, of 5* category in a team of 10+ Associates
  • Strong background in Marriott International operating Systems : Opera, GXP (Empower) customer service platform, Micros Symphony and the Marriott BonVoy Loyalty program
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent financial, analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of Butler Service, and Les Clefs d’ Ors Concierge.
  • Bilingual in fluent Greek and English (certified at Proficiency)
  • Working permit for Greece, or EU National required
  • Application handling meets the standards of utmost confidentiality, the laws of Greece on privacy and all guidelines of ΕU Directive 2016 / 679, G.D.P.R.
