To support our Extra Corporeal Therapies business in Greece we are currently looking for a full-time customer-oriented field Sales Representative with excellent communication skills and natural ability to spot business opportunities.

This is a great challenge for a person with few years commercial experience. Fluent Greek and English is required.

A Day in the Life

In this exciting and challenging position as a Sales Representative you will be driving the sales of the ECT product portfolio in the assigned geographic region.

We offer you a position where you present and sell ECT products and services to current and potential clients. Your main customers will be clinical perfusionists , cardiac surgeons and purchasers.

This full-time field Sales Representative position is responsible for meeting or exceeding established program targets within a given geographical territory.

We expect you to be able to learn and comprehend medical and technical information, maximize client brand, achieve daily sales call activities and client deliverables by gaining access to decision makers and influencing product usage.

Achieving sales revenue and profit targets by building account relationships, managing account potentials and coordinating sales support activities is the key.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Achieving revenue and profit targets within assigned region and product scope
  • Identifying, mapping and building with all key decision makers and influencers.
  • Identifying and develop account potentials, relationship account segmentation planning, documentation in APDR
  • Developing account sales strategy and planing according account segmentation concept with long-, medium- and short-term perspective
  • Identifying and facilitating market development opportunities and encouraging collaborations on specific projects
  • Preparing sales proposals and quotations
  • Negotiating contract and terms, closing deals, contract follow up vs. targets
  • Connecting with C-suite to understand hospital & hospital network priorities
  • Maintaining compliance to business processes, including UBD management, expenses etc...
  • Orchestrating execution of plan
  • Building strong and lasting business relationships is another important task. Just as identifying and preparing upcoming tenders, market trends and competitor's information.

    We are looking for a hands-on individual with a commercial mindset. To be successful in this role very strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

    You have proven to be results and quality oriented, integer, innovative and continuously learning. You can communicate persuasively, demonstrate product knowledge, display knowledge of key customers.

    In this role you contribute to building strong relationships and customer loyalty.

    Must Haves

  • Bachelor or master's degree
  • Minimal 3 years' experience in sales in medical devices, healthcare or pharma industry
  • General product and therapy knowledge; authority to negotiate the complete ECT portfolio
  • Solid sales experience in selling solutions to hospitals where multiple stakeholders are involved
  • High relationship building skills on department chief level
  • Target oriented, with successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Highly committed to customers' satisfaction and long-term relationship development
  • Culturally aware of company strategy and able to enthuse customers about its products and solutions
  • Thorough understanding of the national / local health care system
  • Knowledge and knowing how to deal with DMU's (Decision Making Units) and different stakeholders in the hospital
  • Fluent Greek and English on a conversational level is required
  • Strong sales process management skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in a dynamic environment
  • Independency
  • Nice to Haves

  • Experience in operating room
  • CatLab and / or OR experience
