Key Responsibilities

The person we’re looking for this job will proactively identify and solve customer business problems by providing subject matter expertise and by using higher complexity product and services lines to create solutions.

He / She will manage a territory to ensure opportunities are identified and closed. While working with other teams locally, this individual will be deployed against qualified opportunities and will engage at customer / client facilities where high impact presentations leveraging strong technical skills are required to be delivered.

The job requires to understand and communicate technology roadmaps and vision and associated technical advantages of the proposed solution, thus recommending products and services configurations to assist with overall system design and integration


  • Responsible for the P&L of DCC in SEE region and for the DCC LOBs outlook & phasing
  • Develops country / region by creating a high added value working relationship with Sales management team
  • Identifies long-term and short-term sales opportunities.
  • Acts as the Virtual Team leader for the DCC engagement in large / complex projects
  • Works with the country / region management to develop plans to increase the share in servers, networking and EI
  • Transfers customer information and market knowledge to various cross-functional teams to improve overall development and positioning of offerings within the portfolio
  • Effectively aligns and utilizes all available internal and external resources to achieve desired sales results
  • Assure relevant information are transferred efficient to the internal and external stakeholders
  • Long term vision of business / technology direction
  • Contributes to creation of virtual company-wide teams in response to vendor / customer needs / opportunities
  • Works effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization / models effective team leadership
  • Essential Requirements

  • Strong presentation skills and customer service skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of all Dell EMC products and services.
  • Advanced sales and marketing skills.
  • Extensive experience analyzing market data and determining appropriate marketing / sales strategies.
  • Provides assistance in negotiating sales and partnership agreements.
  • Graduate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Fluent in English and mandatory in Greek and / or Serbian / Croatian
