This position will manage awarding, renewal and reconciliation of University general fund and endowed / restricted scholarship accounts.
Individual will serve as liaison to academic college Dean’s offices and regional campus student services offices. He or she will administer donor relations activities related to scholarship awarding.
This position is responsible for supervising one classified staff member who manages outside agency (outside source) scholarship funds.
This position is also responsible for providing counsel to students and parents on all financial aid and scholarship matters, as well as monitoring various financial aid and scholarship eligibility.
Related Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Master’s degree in Higher Education or similar field preferred.
Experience managing a large program.
Progressive experience in a financial aid office.
$39,115 with generous benefits package
