We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated Business Administrative Assistant , to handle a variety of personnel and business related administrative duties.
The candidate will offer his / her services at the company’s office in Marousi, Athens.
Main responsibilities and t asks
Deliver secretarial and administrative tasks for the management and personnel of the company;
Provide administrative support to the International Business Development Department;
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms;
Manage the daily agenda of meeting room reservations;
Welcome guests, provide general support to visitors and make arrangements;
Planning and monitoring of shipments using courier services;
Procure consumables and maintain in working order photocopiers and printers;
Order office / kitchen supplies and manage relations with suppliers;
Keep records, file documents.
Desired skills & Experience :
Bachelor degree in business administration studies or equivalent;
Excellent command of English both written and oral;
Good Knowledge of French, German or other European languages will be appreciated;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, use of Internet and social media;
Experience between 3-5 years in a relevant position will be appreciated.
