Role purpose :

Digital transformation is a journey not a one off-event. It needs to be nurtured and grown by talented people who experiment, fail fast and innovate at pace.

The jobholder will manage SEO and digital analytics activities, site audits and manage analytics dashboards. Run keyword research, monitor rankings, work with authors to optimize on-

page SEO and business colleagues for link building strategies. Analyse digital insights, maintain dashboards and run reports.

Key accountabilities :

  • Keyword research : Run keyword research to suggest to stakeholders which keywords we should target, before content is created
  • On-page SEO : Run technical site audits, suggest improvements. Supervise content and steer colleagues and activities so that best on-
  • page SEO practises are followed

  • Off-page SEO : Run competition link analysis, find link opportunities, work with business colleagues to suggest link strategies
  • Tag Manager : Maintain data layer, translate business needs into data layer variables, prepare tag plans, enable tags or other tools
  • Digital Analytics : Maintain dashboards, run reports, analysis and provide data-driven insights, provide data for digital campaigns, run campaign performance analysis
  • Key performance indicators :

  • Organic traffic growth
  • Proper coverage of tags on our digital assets (sites / apps), covering business needs
  • Dashboard created for different team needs
  • Data for digital campaigns

    Core competencies, knowledge and experience :

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Analytics, or similar role
  • Degree in marketing, business, or similar.
  • MSc or MBA will be considered a plus
  • Business understanding, analytical thinking and data-driven mind-set
  • Must have technical / professional qualifications :

  • Knowledge of SEO tools like Moz, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, SEO Tools for Excel
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics tools
  • Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics certification
  • Knowledge of tag management system (Google or Tealium)
  • Adequate understanding of HTML / CSS / Cookies / JavaScript / jQuery, will be a plus
  • Excellent usage of Excel
  • Excellent stakeholder management ie. ability to work with multiple business, technical colleges or with vendors
