The Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) AG is a joint venture company established with the purpose of planning, developing and building the TAP natural gas pipeline.
TAP’s shareholding is comprised of BP (20%), SNAM (20%), SOCAR (20%), Fluxys (19%), Enagás (16%) and Axpo (5%).
The Material Management Specialist will be reporting to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager and will be accountable for the management of Materials, Warehouses and Logistics for TAP assets in an effective and efficient way and ensuring a continuous improvement philosophy is implemented.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Review and update Warehouse & Material Management Philosophy & Strategy, as well as Processes
Assist Operations team to ensure Material & Warehouse Management steps are followed
Create, review and update Warehouse & Material Management procedures and guidelines as defined in Company matrix using Company’s Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
Manage material services & handling tools maintenance contracts
Manage refurbishment services for materials (spares and tools)
Manage logistic and custom clearance contracts
Keep updated Material Master Register with spares (insurance, capital, 2 years) tools and consumables and upload them into EDMS and CMMS
Perform material planning and create purchase requisitions for each warehouse using CMMS. Adjust the plan according with maintenance needs
Follow up inbound process at each warehouse with team on site
Perform and follow up inventory checks physically and through CMMS
Generate material transfers between warehouses in-country and between countries, using CMMS
Follow up material disposal processes
Follow up material outbounds, using CMMS ensuring maintenance WOs are used with the correspond cost centre and G&L account
Ensure the care and custody of materials are warehouses implementing the necessary measurements.
Ensure warehouses facilities and handing equipment are well maintained
Manage logistics for maintenance team onsite (vehicles, catering)
Reporting of material management KPIs using CMMS
Develop Technical Audits, define actions an entered into the Action Tracking System
Support Financial department during warehouse audits
At least 10 years of experience in Material, Warehouses and Logistics management with proven 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Industry

Engineer or BSc with experience in IT Material & Warehouse Management tools (SAP MM should be ideal)
